The year 2023 was marked by a tangible sense of anticipation as families enthusiastically returned to engaging and meaningful initiatives such as the Kappa Kamp Leadership Program. This year, we broadened our offerings to include an even wider array of programs in business, technology, and science, enriching the learning experiences of our participants. Additionally, we enhanced our water safety curriculum, aiming to foster enhanced knowledge and teamwork across all our sports programs, ensuring a more comprehensive and impactful experience for all involved.

Each volunteer makes a difference in the success of Kappa Kamp. Volunteers make a vital contribution to the overall operation of the program. In return, they receive personal satisfaction in making this mentoring camp a memorable experience for our staff, young men, and the families we serve. Together we make a great difference in the lives of young men that will change the world.

Objectives
The primary objectives of the Kappa Kamps are to:

Provide college readiness, business development, and enrichment activities for program youth.

Our Program
Fundamentals of Leadership & Entrepreneurship
Our Fundamentals of Leadership & Entrepreneurship (FLE) course is a two-week immersion into the world of business by challenging students to create an plan and pitch. Kampers are taught the fundamentals of leadership, entrepreneurship, marketing, accounting, operations, and organizational behavior. This is to better help them understand the integrated role these functions play in every successful endeavor.
The Principles
of S.T.E.M.
The Principles of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) course is designed to introduce Kampers to STEM-related studies and learning experiences. We always focus on advancing technology and S.T.E.M and do this with the help of SIEMENS Corporation, Microsoft, and industry leaders
